How much would it cost to rent the Houston control center in Texas for a rocket launch?

we have to figure out the budget for our project

There is no rental of the Mission Operations Control center. It is dedicated to supporting NASA and ISS missions. At any rate, launch is controlled usually at the launch site. MOC does not take over until the vehicle clears the tower. For launch only you would probably want to contact one of the Merritt Island contractors.

As a matter of design, each launch operations center is dedicated to the types of vehicles it was designed to launch. So you can't just rent out the facilities and bring in your own rocket. If you want to rent out the Delta launch facility, you'd have to fly a Delta rocket. And that's supplied by the same people who run the launch center. That's why people just contract with various companies for launch and operations services: it's an end-to-end problem requiring a complex end-to-end solution, and those companies are very good at supplying the shrink-wrapped solution. How much would it cost to rent the Houston control center in Texas for a rocket launch?
NASA installations, including Mission Control at Houston, are government entities and therefore not for sale or rent. If you want to coordinate a private space launch, your best bet is to contact either Spaceport America in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico or Spaceport Systems International in Lompoc, California.
More than you can afford - it is not for sale. The Mission Control Center in Houston is not available for rocket launches, the center is only available for NASA and for manned missions.
I'm guessing it's one of those 'if you have to ask, you can't afford it' kind of things.
