Under Obama's Health Care Plan, how does he plan to control cost?

In a propaganda Commercial, it said ';no more waiting for a insurance company to approve your treatment';

How does he plan to control the doctors and hospitals? With no control, these doctors and hospitals will order every test on the books.

His plan will end up costing us $3 trillion a year within two years.Under Obama's Health Care Plan, how does he plan to control cost?
what doctors? what nurses? i am a nurse %26amp; am making plans to quit as soon as the health ';care'; plan is changed over [if it is]..... i don't know anyone that plans to continue working in health care. ok, one black RN in our clinic might stay, but even the radiology tech won't stay, clerks, lvn, rn, docs, leaving. the cleaning ladies will stay because they won't be effected. i think there will be a mass exodus, because the salaries will be drastically dropped. [at least thats the word] i won't work under anything that i've heard from oblunders mouth when he's trying to say how great it will be...he doesn't have a great history in the truth dept.Under Obama's Health Care Plan, how does he plan to control cost?
The plan is absurd (not a surprise). Its just for revenge against insurance companies. What do you buy insurance for? To pay claims for you if something unforeseen happens. In practice insurance is a transfer of risk. In the case of health insurance it is transferring the risk of a catastrophic medical bill to an insurance company so you won't have to save enough money to have on hand should you need to pay a high medical bill. All the health insurance company does for you is pay claims. Where do the claims come from? Health care providers. What controls how much money the insurance company pays? What ever the bill is. Insurance is priced by money at risk. What is the risk for you?
actually there is one bill, but the democrats don't want it because there is not a public option in it. It's author's are open to tort reform, and it is a bipartsian bill. While I don't agree with everything in this bill, it seems to be a solid bill that Senator Wyden of Oregon based on, in his own words, ';how congress gets their insurance';. I'm looking it over to see if it is something I could support. Helps that at Wyden's townhall, he did not belittle anyone's concern, and he didn't give us any speeches...
Obama Care plans to control cost by rationing healthcare to the elderly, disabled, sick, kids and babies. You shouldn't worry so much about the unneeded tests that may be run by doctors and hospitals, you should worry how the hospitals will stay open. What if it works like ';Cash for Clunkers'; and the hospital doesn't get paid in a timely fashion? The doors will close.
There is no plan to control costs. In the entire time I have known the US federal government I have never known it to control costs. It simply spends as if there is no day of reckoning to be had. Not content with bleeding its own citizens the government now taxes half the world through the sale of what essentially are junk bonds.
Like all government programs, there is no plan to control any of the costs. Taxpayers will ber expected to pay higher and higher taxes (can you say ';200% of wages';?) to pay for this unconstitutional, socialist program.
Where do you get your numbers from?

Just asking.

Edit:

I really was just asking, was not meant to be questioning you in a negative way. Please do not take a offense. The numbers I read were a little different than yours thats all I was saying.
Obama's plan is a secret. He has not put anything in writing. So there is no stopping him from saying anything. If millions of people suddenly become covered by insurance, there will be no savings.
Please do not believe everything you hear, at the present time there is no plan just a number of bills that have been presented for consideration.
Simply Put.. he has no plan.. his only plan will be to stick it to the taxpayer.. and if he says differently.. well, he is lying again.. so what is new?
Right now they are ordering every test in the books. It has to stop by preventative care and offering a public option to stimulate competition to lower costs.
