boric acid works well brand named roach proof.also cleanliness is important if the infestation is really heavy have a pro do it then use the boric acid, it has very little evviromental impact good luck

First make sure all food sources are removed. Apply ample amounts of moth ball all around the areas where you see them , close house. Then go away over a long week end. See if this works. If not its going to cost alot over a drawn out time period.
