Forget all this stuff and get some Decon. We've been using it for many years around here. I had 125 homes and 75 apartments, 25 condos and we've used it from time to time, in the fall, in all of them, it works just fine.


My daughter uses it in her barns, she raises Arabs and she has no trouble at all.

I have the best mice / rat control going. I have cats. They not only catch the little buggers when they do come around but they also prevent them from coming. With the scent of cats around there generally isnt many mice around.


Overall cost of them is about $60 a month and that is for 4 cats.


My oldest cat is an awesome hunter :) Dont know what I would do with out him :)
How to get rid of MIce? The entire family of them?





Take a trash can and fill it up to the top with news paper and dry trash basically nothing that spoils. Then place the trash can near a table top where they are traveling on at night,.





Put food in the middle of the trash pile on top and they will jump in the trash can and eat and jump out and go home.


This is why you have to make your trash pile high so that they can jump out.


The Mice will go back and tell the entire family that they have a found a good food source. SO bait it good for about one week every night before you go to bed. The food should be gone by morning.





Then when your good and ready after five-days of this stuff....on the last day take out all the trash out of the can or whatever trasgh can you used. Place it back near the edge of the counter and this time put the food in the bottom of the can where it is empty. You have just an empty trash can with no trash just food on the bottom.





The entire family of Mice will come out for their last meal that night and jump in that can like they havce been doing for the opast five days onoy this time they can't jump out.





My friend caught 45 Mice in one night. THE ENTIRE FAMILY with this trick.


The last one to come out and get snapped ona trap was the baby that was left behind when Momma never returned. So the babies are the last ones to show up and they get caught in glue traps and die becasue Mommas not there to prevent them from leaving the nest.
