How much more does the birth control OTC cost than its generic counterpart, TriNessa?

I'd like to switch from TriNessa to OTC, because of the side effects the former has been causing.How much more does the birth control OTC cost than its generic counterpart, TriNessa?
Do you have a prescription plan or pay full price for your birth control pills? For my plan, it's $10 copay for a preferred generic, but up to $70 copay for the name brand. So, if you have a prescription plan, check with them about the pricing. Otherwise, check with the pharmacy. You'll also need a new prescription from your doctor for Ortho TriCyclen with no substitions checked off.How much more does the birth control OTC cost than its generic counterpart, TriNessa?
OTC? Do you mean ';over-the-counter';? There is no birth control pills you can buy in the store without a prescription (excluding the 'morning-after' pill).


And I have never heard of a pill called OTC.
