Have your auto insurance agent set up an appointment with their recommended body shop. They will make sure that a simple replacement of the control arm is all that's needed and give you and the insurance company an estimate to have it repaired. Other parts may need replacing at the same time. How much should it cost to fix a bent lower control arm?
If you're lucky that may be all it needs, and it won't be terribly expensive. If you are doing this without insurance, take it to a shop and just get the control arm replaced and see if they can do an alignment. If they get it on the alignment machine and can't get it in to spec, you have frame damage. They may just see it right away, too
I got a funny feeling you bent more than just the lower control arm but you could call the dealer up they will tell you how much.
Personally I would get a used one and bolt it in for a total cost of around $35.The small honest shop might want around $200.The big name place might stick you for $1000 or more.
