When I went, a couple of years ago, it was $50-something for the examination, and $10 a month for the pills.
You can go to your local health dept and get them for almost nothing. Mine costed a dollar till I could get my insurance.
I live in Texas and I was told that the exam costs like 60 and thats a once a year thing and the birth control is like $20 at planned parenting. The planned parenting also told me that its not temoporary. My Aunt's been going through them for two years now and she hasn't had no problems getting her birth control.
every state is different and there r all brands of pills . U will have to actually go and ask. If u can't afford them , they will probably help u out but if not, then abstinence is always 100% fool proof.
